Why does Skype use my old email address in the App Store preventing a down load?

How do I disconnect Skype from an old email address to allow me to reload it with my new iCloud address?

I did, it is an App Store issue that can be resolved by signing out of the App Store then powering off the ipad then resarting and loading the app and signing in with the new app ID.
